Women’s Basketball has been a part of Pittsburg State University since the beginning, with the first team forming in November of 1904. More currently, the Women’s Basketball team won the NCAA Central Regional Tournament in the 2016-2017 season under the coaching of Lane Lord. The current coaching staff for the Pittsburg State University Women’s Basketball team includes Amanda Davied as Head Coach and Addy Roller and Kevin Obungu as Assistant Coaches.
